Token Usage Policy

This policy governs the use of GarthysWorld tokens within the Business Hub platform. Tokens are a digital unit of value used to access AI-powered features and services on the platform.
1. What are tokens?
Tokens are a non-monetary digital unit used exclusively within the GarthysWorld Business Hub to access AI features, including Ask Garthy™, AI Design Studio, and other token-gated tools. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
2. How tokens are allocated
Tokens are allocated to your account via your subscription plan, token top-up purchases, promotional campaigns, or gift token awards. Your current token balance is visible in your Business Hub dashboard.
3. Usage order
Tokens are consumed in the following order: (1) promotional or gift tokens first (earliest expiry first), (2) subscription-included tokens, (3) purchased top-up tokens. This order is applied automatically by the platform.
4. Token expiry
Subscription tokens expire at the end of each billing period if unused and do not roll over unless your plan explicitly states otherwise. Purchased top-up tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Promotional and gift tokens carry their own expiry dates as stated at the time of award.
5. Non-transferable
Tokens are non-transferable and are linked to your individual Business Hub account. They may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to another account except through official GarthysWorld gift token mechanisms.
6. No cash value
Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of payment. Unused tokens are forfeited upon account closure.
7. Fair use
Tokens must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to revoke tokens or suspend accounts where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
